18.128.190: FIRE AND EXPLOSION HAZARDS:
In A-D zones, all storage activities involving flammable and explosive materials shall be provided with adequate safety devices against the hazard of fire and explosion, and adequate firefighting and fire suppression equipment and devices standard in industry. All incineration is prohibited. (Ord. 1000 § 31.54(A), 1955)
