18.128.110: YARDS:
Yards in the A-D zone shall be as follows:
   A.   Front: Ten feet (10') minimum;
   B.   Side: None;
   C.   Rear: None;
   D.   Exception: All setbacks shall be a minimum of twenty five feet (25') from any property line adjacent to, or across the street from any residential zone. (Ord. 1000 § 31.53(D), 1955)
