18.128.100: BUILDING HEIGHT:

In A-D zones, buildings and structures shall be no higher than forty five feet (45'), provided that no structure shall be constructed to any height determined to be an obstruction to air navigation by the regulations of the United States of America federal aviation agency. (Ord. 1000 § 31.53(C), 1955)
