18.116.150: ODOR AND GAS EMISSION RESTRICTIONS:
In M-2 zones:
   A.   Odor: The emission of obnoxious odors of any kind shall not be permitted.
   B.   Gas: No gas shall be emitted which is deleterious to the public health, safety or general welfare. (Ord. 1000 § 29.30(G), 1955)
