In the M-1 zone:
A. Front Yard: Each lot shall have a front yard of not less than ten feet (10'), extending across the full width of the lot, except where adjacent to a major or secondary highway, and except where adjacent or across the street from a residential zone, school or park, in which case the front yard shall be not less than twenty five feet (25'). Such yards may be used for parking in accordance with the provisions of sections 18.164.140 through 18.164.320 of this title.
B. Side And Rear Yards: None required, except where adjoining a residential district, the side yard shall be ten feet (10') and the rear yard shall be a minimum of twenty five feet (25'). Said yard may be used for parking, loading and accessways. (Ord. 1000 § 28.20(D), 1955)
