Buildings and structures in the M-1 zone shall not exceed fifty feet (50') in height; provided, however, that nonnuclear electric generating stations shall not exceed one hundred feet (100') in height, and appurtenant cooling towers and emission stacks for nonnuclear electric generating stations shall not exceed two hundred twenty five feet (225') in height.
