18.104.050: CONDITIONAL USES:
The following uses may be permitted in the M-P zone subject to approval of a conditional use permit:
Automobile service station.
Hospitals, clinics and sanitariums.
Public utility service yards.
Restaurants, cafes or cafeterias. (Ord. 1000 § 27.51(C), 1955)
