18.88.280: NOISE PRODUCING EQUIPMENT:
In C-2 Zones, all noise producing equipment, such as compressors, heating and air conditioning units, etc., shall be insulated or enclosed so as to be inaudible at the property lines. (Ord. 1000 § 24.30(P), 1955)
