The commission may, by resolution of record, recommend to the city council any other uses which it may determine to be similar to those listed in section 18.82.030 of this chapter, in conformity with the intent and purpose of this A-P-C district, and not more obnoxious or detrimental to the public health, safety and welfare, or other uses permitted in this district.
