18.76.070: YARDS:
Each site in the E district shall have a front, side and rear yard of not less than twenty five feet (25'). Yards for buildings greater than two (2) stories in height shall be increased ten feet (10') for each story above the second story. Yards between buildings shall be not less than twenty feet (20'). (Ord. 1000 § 22.52(D), 1955)
