18.72.090: FRONT YARD:
In the T district, each lot shall have a front yard extending for the full width of the lot. The yard shall be not less than ten feet (10') in depth, except that any T lot which immediately abuts a residential zone shall have a front setback of not less than that required for the residential zone. (Ord. 1000 § 22.20(E), 1955)
