In the MF zone, all noise producing equipment, including, but not limited to, compressors and heating and air conditioning units, shall be installed or enclosed so that the noise from such equipment does not exceed zone A, clearly compatible community noise equivalent levels identified in table 9.1 of the Redlands general plan for all land use categories. The noise levels shall be met as measured at the property lines for properties in any zone including, but not limited to, residential zones, adjacent to the MF zone.
