In the MF zone, buildings and structures shall have a height not greater than two and one-half (21/2) stories, or thirty five feet (35'). There is no height limit for a primary care hospital except that the front setback shall be not less than the height of the building. Parking is permitted in the front yard area to within twenty five feet (25') of the front property line. See section 18.152.030 of this title for other exceptions.
