18.60.140: SIDE YARD:
In the R-3 zone, lots shall have a side yard on each side of the main building of not less than five feet (5') for a one-story building. The side yard shall be increased two and one-half feet (21/2') for every story above the first story. (Ord. 1000 § 20.20(G), 1955)
