In the R-3 zone:
A. Each lot shall have a front yard extending for the full width of the lot. The front setback area shall be landscaped and maintained. With the exception of those properties which are subject to the setback provisions of a separate setback ordinance or specific street plan, the minimum front setback shall be as follows:
1. For one- and two-story buildings, the yard shall be not less than fifteen feet (15') in depth;
2. For three-story buildings, the yard shall be not less than twenty feet (20') in depth;
3. For four-story buildings, the yard shall be not less than twenty five feet (25') in depth.
B. The maximum front setback for all building heights shall be forty feet (40').
