18.60.010: PURPOSE OF PROVISIONS:

The purpose of the R-3 Multiple-Family Residential District is to provide for the development of high density apartments. The following regulations, set out in this chapter, shall apply to all land in the R-3 Multiple-Family Residential District. (Ord. 1000 § 20.00, 1955)
