In the R-1-D Zone:
A. The provisions of section 18.20.160 of this title shall apply, except that accessory buildings may occupy not more than thirty five percent (35%) of the rear yard area.
B. Accessory buildings may be located in a required rear yard and a front and rear yard combination, provided such accessory buildings are not closer than ten feet (10') from the front main building and twenty feet (20') from the front of the rear main building. (Ord. 1000 § 18.20(K), 1955)
