18.48.030: PERMITTED USES:
Principal permitted uses in R-1-D Districts include:
On existing deep lots greater than one hundred sixty feet (160') in depth, not more than two (2) single-family dwellings may be constructed in accordance with the provisions of sections 18.48.070 through 18.48.210 of this chapter.
Single-family residential uses, not more than one dwelling per lot. (Ord. 1000 § 18.20(A), 1955)
