18.48.010: PURPOSE OF PROVISIONS:
The purpose of the R-1-D Single-Family Residential District is to provide for the development of two (2) single-family homes on a limited number of existing deep lots. The following regulations establish provisions for medium density residential development with a single-family environment, and shall apply to all land in the R-1-D Single-Family Residential District. (Ord. 1000 § 18.00, 1955)
