18.44.030: PERMITTED USES:
Principal permitted uses in the R-1 Zone include:
Uses permitted in the A-2 Residential Estate District, provided the area of the lot shall be not less than that required in the A-2 District.
Keeping of horses, subject to the provisions of section 18.40.030 of this title.
Single-family residential use, not more than one dwelling unit per lot. (Ord. 1000 § 17.10(A), 1955)
