18.29.050: CONDITIONAL USES:
Uses permitted by conditional use permit in the R-R-A zone include uses listed in chapter 18.192 of this title, in accordance with the provisions of that chapter. (Ord. 2190, 1992)
18.29.060: PROPERTY DEVELOPMENT STANDARDS:
The following property standards, set out in sections 18.29.070 through 18.29.190 of this chapter, shall apply to all land and buildings in the R-R-A zone. (Ord. 2190, 1992)
18.29.070: LOT AREA:
   A.   Minimum lot area in the R-R-A district is one acre.
   B.   Any land parcel with an average cross slope of fifteen percent (15%) or greater is subject to slope density requirements of chapter 18.138, "HD Hillside Development District", of this title. (Ord. 2190, 1992)
18.29.080: LOT DIMENSIONS:
In the R-R-A zone:
   A.   Each lot shall have a minimum width of one hundred twenty five feet (125') for a one acre parcel, one hundred fifty feet (150') for a 1.5 acre parcel, and two hundred feet (200') for a two (2) acre or larger parcel.
   B.   Each lot shall have a minimum depth of one hundred twenty five feet (125'). (Ord. 2190, 1992)
18.29.090: DENSITY OF DEVELOPMENT:
Maximum population density in the R-R-A zone is one dwelling unit per one acre. (Ord. 2190, 1992)
18.29.100: MAXIMUM COVERAGE:
Maximum coverage by structures in the R-R-A zone is ten percent (10%) of the lot area; provided legal, nonconforming lots of less than one acre in size are permitted to have the following lot coverage:
   A.   Thirty percent (30%) of the first fourteen thousand (14,000) square feet in area;
   B.   Twenty percent (20%) of the next additional twenty six thousand (26,000) square feet; and
   C.   Five percent (5%) of the next additional three thousand five hundred sixty (3,560) square feet. (Ord. 2190, 1992)
