18.28.080: LOT AREA:
   A.   Minimum lot area in the R-R District is one acre.
   B.   Any land parcel with an average cross slope of fifteen percent (15%) or greater is subject to slope density requirements of chapter 18.138, "HD Hillside Development District", of this title. (Ord. 2050 § 1, 1988: Ord. 1908 § 1, 1986: Ord. 1000 § 13.80(A), 1955)
