3.04.050: HANDLING CHARGE:
A handling charge in an amount equal to the current amount charged by banks for "not sufficient funds" checks shall immediately become due and payable to the city for each negotiable instrument returned unpaid to the city. Such handling charge shall be credited to the general fund. (Prior code § 14302)
