In the A-1 zone, each lot shall have a rear yard of not less than twenty five feet (25'); provided, lots of less than forty thousand (40,000) square feet may have projections into the rear yard in accordance with provisions for the R-A zone in section 18.152.070 of this title. If a lot of forty thousand (40,000) square feet or less has a width of more than one hundred twenty feet (120'), the permitted projection may be forty feet (40') wide.
