2.70.040: ORGANIZATION:
The committee shall elect a chairperson and a vice chairperson on a biannual basis. The committee shall keep records of all of its proceedings and recommendations and shall have regular meeting dates in conformance with law. Four (4) members of the committee shall constitute a quorum. (Ord. 2697 § 1, 2008)
