The city shall waive moving permit fees for a designated historic resource building if the new location is in the city of Redlands and if the new use approximates the prior use. If the new use is different from the prior use, the fees shall be reduced on a pro rata basis. All capital improvement impact and processing fees shall be waived. All physical infrastructure requirements for the new site shall still be applied. (Ord. 2053, 1988)
