2.62.250: PRESERVATION EASEMENTS:
Preservation easements on the facades of buildings designated as a historic resource may be acquired by the city or nonprofit group through purchase, donation or condemnation pursuant to California Civil Code 815. (Ord. 1954 § 11, 1986)
