2.62.240: APPLICABILITY OF STATE HISTORIC BUILDING CODE:
The state historic building code provides alternative building regulations for the rehabilitation, preservation, restoration or relocation of structures designated as historic resource buildings. The historic building code, part 8 of the uniform building code, shall be used for any historic resource through the city's building permit procedure. (Ord. 1954 § 10, 1986)
