All persons submitting applications for the approval of maps or for other approvals permitted by this title shall pay all fees and/or deposits as required by this title and this code, and by the city council's resolutions establishing applicable fees and deposits. The resolutions, as adopted and subsequently amended from time to time, are hereby incorporated by this reference as though fully set forth herein. (Ord. 2481 § 1, 2002)
