2.62.040: COMMISSION; AUTHORIZATION:
A historic and scenic preservation commission is authorized to make recommendations, decisions, and determinations concerning the designation, preservation, protection, enhancement and perpetuation of these historical, scenic and cultural resources which contribute to the culture and aesthetic values of the city. (Ord. 1954 § 4, 1986)
