The disclosure of any action taken by the city council in closed session, and the vote or abstention of each council member thereon, shall be publicly reported in accordance with the provisions of the Ralph M. Brown act, Government Code section 54950 et seq., as amended from time to time. (Ord. 2731, 2011)
