Section 105.5.50 of chapter 1, division II of the California fire code is hereby added to read as follows:
105.5.55 Fixed Kitchen Hood and Duct Extinguishing System. An operational permit is required to utilize commercial cooking appliances, as defined in Section 602, with a fixed hood and duct fire extinguishing system.
105.5.56 - Temporary Haunted Houses, Ghost Walks, and Similar Amusement uses. An operational permit is required in accordance with Appendix O for temporary haunted houses, ghost walks, and similar amusement uses.
