15.20.100: FEES NONREFUNDABLE:

Section 105.2.6 of chapter 1, division II of the California fire code is hereby added to read as follows:

105.2.6 Fees Not Refundable. Permit fees shall not be refundable for any reason after initiation of plan review or inspection procedures.
