That certain document on file in the office of the city clerk of the city marked and designated as the California Energy Code, 2022 edition, is adopted as the Energy Code of the City and all of the mandatory regulations, provisions, conditions and terms of such code and amendments are referred to and are adopted and made part of this chapter.
