15.14.150: VIOLATION; PENALTY:
It is unlawful for any person, firm, entity, organization, or corporation (collectively, "person") to violate, or permit a violation of, any provision of this chapter. Every person who violates any of the provisions of this chapter is guilty of a misdemeanor. Such person shall be deemed guilty of a separate offense for each and every day, or portion thereof, during which any violation of this chapter is committed, continued or permitted. Upon conviction, such person may by punished by a fine not exceeding one thousand dollars ($1,000.00) or by imprisonment in the County Jail for a period not to exceed six (6) months, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
