That certain document on file in the office of the City Clerk of the City marked and designated as the 2022 California Residential Code including chapters 1, 4, and 9 (as amended), and appendices AH, AJ, AS, and AX (as amended) are adopted as the residential code of the City and all of the regulations, provisions, conditions and terms of such code and amendments are referred to and are adopted and made part of this chapter.
