13.65.010: PURPOSE OF CHAPTER:
The purpose of this chapter is to establish requirements for recycling by large venues and events to facilitate the city's compliance with state recycling mandates, specifically those laws commonly referred to as "AB 2176" and "AB 939". (Ord. 2626 § 1, 2006)
