§ 32.37 LICENSING.
   The Ambulance Department, or, if a contract is made with a nonprofit organization under § 32.39, then such organization shall provide ambulance services to meet the requirements of this subchapter and licensing requirements of M.S. § 144E.10 et seq., as it may be amended from time to time.
