§ 32.39 CONTRACT WITH NONPROFIT ORGANIZATION IN LIEU OF AMBULANCE DEPARTMENT.
   In lieu of a city established Ambulance Department, the city may contract with any nonprofit organization within the city organized to operate ambulances and provide ambulance services.
