NOTES TO TABLE:

1. Rear yard shall be a ten-foot minimum where accessible from street, alley or parking lot for loading purposes. Building may project over rear yard provided that ten feet of clear vertical distance from ground level is maintained.

3. Adjacent street landscaping consistent with Historic Design Review Guidelines and Downtown Demonstration Project.

4. Residential use requires use permit; see
