§ 25.221 RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY FOR COMMERCIAL OR INDUSTRIAL PARKING.
   The Planning Commission may approve a use permit permitting the use of property or properties for commercial or industrial parking facility use. At least one point within the residential property shall be within 300 feet of the commercial or industrial use for which the parking is intended and shall be fully improved to comply herewith.
