Parking restrictions in green zones shall be effective between the hours of 8 a.m. and 5 p.m., including holidays, Monday through Saturday. The green zone reserved for the use of physicians, surgeons and dentists as set forth in § 13.21(A)(4), however, shall be so restricted 24 hours a day, each day of the week, Monday through Sunday, including holidays.
