§ 13.21 COLORS TO BE USED AND THEIR MEANINGS.
   (A)   The following parking regulations shall be indicated by the use of paint upon curbs, the following colors only shall be used and the colors shall control the time limit and conditions under which vehicles may be parked:
      (1)   Red indicates no stopping, standing or parking whether the vehicle is attended or unattended, except that a bus may stop in a red zone marked or signposted as a bus loading zone;
      (2)   Yellow indicates stopping only for the purpose of loading or unloading freight for a period of time not to exceed twenty minutes;
      (3)   White indicates stopping only for loading or unloading of passengers for a period of time not to exceed twenty minutes or for the purpose of depositing mail in an adjacent mailbox for a period of time not to exceed five minutes;
      (4)   Green indicates stopping, standing or parking not to exceed 24 minutes.
   (B)   (1)   There is hereby set aside an area on the north side of Sycamore Street adjacent to the St. Elizabeth Hospital which is hereby reserved for the parking of vehicles used by physicians, surgeons and dentists while attending patients at St. Elizabeth Hospital for the period of time as the attendance upon their patients may reasonably require.
      (2)   The curb in this area shall be painted green and shall be appropriately signposted to indicate its use.
