§ 180-704. Provisions to be continuation of existing regulations.
[Amended 5-23-2022 by Ord. No. 45-2022]
The provisions of this ordinance shall not affect any act done or liability incurred, nor shall they affect any suit or prosecution pending or to be instituted to enforce any right or penalty or to punish any offense under the authority of the repealed ordinances.
