§ 127-102. Presence prohibited on premises not licensed by Liquor Control Board.
No person shall be present on business premises in which alcoholic beverages are stored or consumed in violation of § 127-101, between the hours of 2:00 a.m. and 8:00 a.m., prevailing time, each day.
