A. The City of Reading Police Department will keep written record of all false alarms and will share such information with the billing agent. The Billing Agent shall, within 10 business days, notify the person in whose name the alarm is registered of such false alarm.
B. The alarm user permit holder shall be assessed a fee for service for each false alarm in a calendar year to be payable to the Billing Agent in such amounts as provided in Chapter 212, Fees. [Amended 8-26-2013 by Ord. No. 35-2013]
