§ 120-102. Intent and purpose.
The purpose of this chapter is to encourage alarm users and alarm businesses to maintain operational reliability and properly use alarm systems and to reduce false alarms by providing minimum standards and regulations applicable to burglary, robbery, and police emergency alarm systems, alarm businesses, alarm agents and alarm users as defined in this chapter.
