A. All candidates shall complete and submit an application and/or other designated material to be considered for employment.
B. All general applications for employment shall require the candidate to provide information about education, related experience, training, prior employment and references.
C. Applicant may be required to take a standardized test for a position.
D. All applications for employment, whether as a result of a search or as a result of a general application, shall be directed to the Human Resources Director or his/her designee.
E. The Human Resources Department shall make general applications available for employment.
F. The Human Resources Department shall maintain an active file of candidates for employment.
