§ 62-212. Council contributions.
The City Council shall annually set aside, apportion and appropriate out of all taxes and income of the City to the fund, a sum of money sufficient to maintain the pension payable to members of the system including sufficient funds of payments to widows or widowers retired on pension or who die or were killed in the service of the City.
