§ 14-402. Execution of Articles of Incorporation.
The Mayor and the City Clerk, respectively, of this City are authorized and directed to execute, on behalf of the City, Articles of Incorporation for such Authority in substantially the form set forth on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part thereof. 8
